The Grand Seerathun (Meeladun) Nabi Conference Program conducted for Tamil Community (Families & Bachelors living in Kuwait) in Tamil on March 21, 2008 Friday @ 4.00 pm (after Asar prayer) up to 10:30 pm by 'Kuwait Tamil Islamic Committee (K-Tic), Kuwait at at Sha'ab Lesiure Park Hall, Maidan Hawally (Salmiya), Kuwait.
The program was presided by Moulavi Al-Haj Ash-Shaikh T. P. Abdul Lateef Kasimi Hazrath (President, K-Tic) and started with recital / Qira'th from Holy Al-Qur'an by Al-Haj A.A. Kabeer Ali (Vice Precident, K-Tic) followed by the Welcome speech by Janab A. Hasan Mohammed (In-charge, Hawally Branch, K-Tic).
The whole meeting was convened, inaugurated & listed by Parangi Pettai Moulavaee Afzal-ul-Ulamaa Ash-Shaikh A. B. Khaleel Ahmed Baaqavee M.A., (General Secretary, K-Tic).
Before Magrib prayer, short speeches were delivered by following scholars:

After Magrib prayer, the speech appreciated the activities of K-Tic by As-Shaikh Sami Al Adhvani (Manager of Print Department, International Moderation Center, Kuwait).
A special lecture was delivered by Chief Guest from Tamil Nadu (India) & Main Speaker Professor Moulavee Al-Haj As-Shaikh O.M. Abdul Qadir Baaqavee (President, Tamilnadu State Ulamaa Committee and Federation of Tamilnadu Arabic Colleges / Principal, Khairathul Islam Arabic College, Veeracholan)
A exclusive souvenir, "K-Tic Pirai Saithi Madal” (usual monthly Tamil free newsletter magazine) was released as “Seerathun Nabi 2008 Special Issue” by Chief Guest of the program. Worthy prizes are distributed with Certificates to the winners & participants of Islamic Speech, Holy Qur'an Hifz (Memorize) and Islamic Quiz competitions conducted by K-Tic.
The vote of thanks delivered by Moulavee M.S. Mohammed Meerasha Fazil Baaqavee (Vice President, K-Tic) and Dua made by Professor Moulavee Al-Haj As-Shaikh O.M. Abdul Qadir Baaqavee.
The program was attended a large number of Tamil Muslim brothers with their families, relatives and friends from various parts of Kuwait and also from various Tamil Islamic / Muslim Associations both Tamilnadu and Srilanka.
